January 1, 200818 yr Yes, it's been done before, and it probably will be done again, but damn it, I resolve to spend less on a vehicle and more on my house this year. I resolve to keep my mind open. I want a nicer front lawn. And I want to improve my love life. Do you have a list of resolutions of your own? Post it here.
January 1, 200818 yr - Stop spending money on $h! I could do without - Lose a little weight - Stop eating such awful food all the time (kinda goes hand in hand with the first two; my life is so busy these days that I eat fast food way more than anybody should; it's time to start brown bagging it before I die of a heart attack.)
January 1, 200818 yr Somehow I kept my resolution from last year (not going to buy a new car) even though I really really didn't want to. This year, its pretty simple. Get through school and get rid of those damned rabbits in the back yard.

January 1, 200818 yr Hmmmm, let's see! - I will become a Vegan - Stop flirting, well at least not as much - Watch less porn, oops I mean eat less popcorn - No more sex with my wife until Delaware gets an NFL team - No more naked mid-day rides on my neighbor's donkey Hector, well at least not on I-95 - Try to love all GM's children equally, including the ugly red headed step child Holden, I better wait until 2011 for that
January 1, 200818 yr I don't really do resolutions, but I suppose there are a couple things I could work on. First, work less, because the 12-hour days will eventually kill me. Secondly, I managed to put on an extra five pounds last year that I need to shed.
January 1, 200818 yr Author Shoot, I need to get my six-pack back, as I've gone a little soft in the middle, even though I still go to gym and walk the treadmill and lift a bit... crunches are what I need to concentrate on.
January 1, 200818 yr 1. Work out more. 2. Do less coke..er, I mean drink less coke. 3. Stop foaming at the mouth every time I read the Toronto Star (Okay, fighting for peace in the Middle East would be an easier choice here.) 4. No more diatribes every time I see a hijab on the streets. 5. Be nicer to the tranny hookers on my street. 6. Learn to knit, so I can make better use of the dog hair all over my damned f%$#ing apartment! 7. No more porn. 8. Pay off my visa (see #7) 9. Watch my blood pressure when I get 18 red lights in a row and no more hate email to the Traffic Department of the city. 10. Most of all....spend every day of 2008 trying to deserve the love and affection of my BF.
January 1, 200818 yr - Take better care of my health - Creating Order out of Chaos (making sure I run over whoever gets in the way of that )
January 1, 200818 yr I succeeded in my resolutions from last year, so here I am again with some more. - Continue the road to a healthy lifestyle through holistic nutrition - Cut fast food eating to once a month - Continue the no soda pop rule - Stand up for myself in a respectful manner
January 1, 200818 yr Simply enough, to do something with my life and stop succumbing to loneliness... Oh, and to get a car that isn't a pile.
January 2, 200818 yr Off the top of my head... 1) Get healthy and 'ripped' again. 2) Become a better musician 3) Stave off the desire to do anything I would regret (I have a bad temper; still) 4) Continue to become even weirder 5) Build my independence even more (Dark times are inevitable) Edited January 2, 200818 yr by FUTURE_OF_GM
January 2, 200818 yr Concentrate more on things that are important <moving, house projects> and less on things that aren't <computer games>
January 2, 200818 yr The nerd court sentences you to 6 days of playing Contra without the Konami code! I know. but I've just been too addicted to Star Trek: Armada II lately
January 2, 200818 yr 1. Get a girl. that really isn't something you can... or should... resolve to do. Needs to just happen naturally.
January 2, 200818 yr All I can resolve to do at this point is to try an adapt well. There's a ton of change coming for me very soon....I think...

January 2, 200818 yr All I can resolve to do at this point is to try an adapt well. There's a ton of change coming for me very soon....I think... I feel that way too... but I'm hoping to direct it a bit.
January 2, 200818 yr Pennies or Nickles? Nickles ideally. Lots and lots of nickels. I feel that way too... but I'm hoping to direct it a bit. Well I am directing it....heh however...I can be a bit indecisive when it comes to the bigger decisions in life. Oh well...time to "$h! in my pants an' dive in and swim!"
January 2, 200818 yr Nickles ideally. Lots and lots of nickels. Well I am directing it....heh however...I can be a bit indecisive when it comes to the bigger decisions in life. Oh well...time to "$h! in my pants an' dive in and swim!" Mental note to self - Never, ever sit in a chair that CD was sitting in. :AH-HA_wink:
January 2, 200818 yr that really isn't something you can... or should... resolve to do. True enough. I should have said that I resolve to put more effort into the chase.
January 5, 200818 yr I made a late resolution this year. I'm going to start riding my bike at least part of the way to work, the whole 19 miles would kill me, but I can park 3-4 miles away and be fine.
