February 24, 200818 yr It's ok, Mario. Who here can honestly say they were automotive experts at age 14? No one. We've all got to start somewhere. Enthusiasm is a good quality to have.
February 24, 200818 yr I agree with ocnblu, I look back at what I knew about cars in 8th grade and it 's laughable compared to me today just 6 years later. Now it's become somewhat of an obsession but hey it's a good one. You probably already know quite a bit more than I did when I was I was that age so don't feel bad.
February 24, 200818 yr Some day when I have time, I should load the pictures I scrawled in the mid-70s when I was 14 of all the cars I dreamt about. I had visions of the entire Chrysler line up in the early '80s. There is absolutely nothing wrong with cockiness in youth.
February 24, 200818 yr I wasn't really losing sleep about it, but thanks? +! Edited February 24, 200818 yr by Croc

Some day I should scan in the pics I sketched in the early '80s when I was a kid..the scary thing is alot of what I drew then are monospaces--like variations of the Prius, GM 'dustbuster' vans, and vehicles like the Renault Scenic or Citroen Picasso...I was ahead of my time..
February 24, 200818 yr It's any moment now before CNN picks up th story and finally has something to report on other than Hillary's hair...
