April 13, 200817 yr Sometimes I don't feel right talking general automotive discussion in The Lounge. Does it go in the kinda general part of The Other Guys? Is the general car discussion intended to be here? Or is it likely we should start a new sub-forum for general car discussion (topics that aren't specific to one brand or otherwise don't fit other forums, but don't fit the tone of the Lounge)? To me The Lounge seems more for social topics than anything automotive. Mods, Admins, other regular posters, what say you?
April 13, 200817 yr This is the place. We have specific places for just about everything, but this forum is the catchall. If what you want to post doesn't fit in any of our categories, post it here.

April 13, 200817 yr 'Industry News' might be a good place for a topic discussing current events or ideas that aren't brand or manufacturer specific. It seems to be the place where those subjects end up. Check through the topics already posted there and let us know if that's what you're looking for.
April 13, 200817 yr I think the board layout of C&G is great. GMI has way too many boards and way too many rules on where to post stuff.
