July 30, 200817 yr Someone needs to buy that and preserve it. I was always a sucker for that body style Chevy. Chris
July 31, 200817 yr Oh cool. And the rust bubbles starting at the bottom of the quarters, they could easily be patched properly. With a replacement woodgrain transfer, you'd never know. Very clean example.

Very clean example. Extremely clean and low-mile. Also very, very, rare even when new. But... I just can't stand woodgrain on an El Camino. My Uncle had one of these, and his was the definition of ugly - it was white with the woodgrain, and a green vinyl top! This ebay car is far more palatable.
July 31, 200817 yr I luv it!.....because it's so evocative of the era....the woodgrain, the vinyl roof. I've seen a Ford Ranchero done like this to, from the factory and I actually kind of liked it...it looked so 'I own a ranch with a white rail fence'.
