August 17, 200817 yr If anyone is interested... http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=295314 Some cool old pics here of model T fords and so forth, from a recent trip with the local Miata club. The silver car on the far left in the first pic is my car, go on down and lots of cool pics of old Fords in this thread. Oh, and BTW, if you look at the really hairy guy standing next to the blue and white 55 T-bird, with the little girl behind him...that's me with my daughter Christina in tow. Enjoy Chris Edited August 17, 200817 yr by 66Stang
August 17, 200817 yr Gotta love that early 20th Century T&A. They may not be quite as smooth as their younger counterparts, but if you can find one who's still in good shape, you're in for quite a ride. Edited August 17, 200817 yr by Enzora
August 17, 200817 yr So enjoy a few old, old cars... Chris I was just kidding Re that yellow Model T... Weren't they all black, or by that year Ford had added other colours? EDIT - @ enzora's post: that made me laugh! Edited August 17, 200817 yr by ZL-1
August 18, 200817 yr Very cool stuff. Nice post, the Mazda Miata I just can't get into very much, esp. since GM's Kappas have been out, but of course in either case you're dealing with a true driver's car, RWD, manual trans & sporty chassis is almost always a great combo.

August 18, 200817 yr Sounds good to me! The Miata was soooo very successful because it was basically a british car with ALL the fun but 98% more reliability & mechanical pracrticality. I always thought Mazda should have offered a wenkel (rotary) in the Miata, as an option for those people so inclined.
