Looks good in black.... You would never know it was fast.. :)

Honda wasn't mentioned anywhere in the press release announcing the original Red Line or the "new" V6 going into the VUE.

I doubt BMW press releases say the auto trans are sourced from GM either.

I don't know if i like the grille...I saw one in person the other day and it kind of threw me off. And as far as it being lowered any more, I live in North Dakota and if it is much lower than it is right now, it would be about as functional as a car...doesn't really make sense for a small suv if you ask me. I'm sure saturn is thinking of that too.

I've seen enough new Vues...the grill threw me off a bit at first too...but now it is growing on me...I think it depends on the color too....

I like the changes to the 06 redline, however this picture doesn't seem to do it much justice...maybe it's the black vehicle on the greyish/black background. Also, it does appear it needs to be lowered more based on these pictures...but as we all know the Vue Redline is lowered compared to the regular Vue.....but it doesn't look like it in these pictures...huge wheelgap showing there. I just think GM chose some VERY un-flattering pictures to showcase this.

Auto trans? I always thought BMW shared just the getrag manual trans...

I don't think any BMWs use the GM 5-speed anymore unless the 3er coupes still do, but yes, BMW bought the 5-speed auto (same one as in the CTS, etc.) for years.

I test drove a FWD V6 Vue the other day. Its FAST!! Very aggresive throlttle tip-in. I thought the ride was way too firm though. But my tester had the 16's---maybe the 17's would ride better. The new front end is growing on me but the old one was better. I priced out an Equinox/Torrent and the price is very, very close. But you get that crappy 185 3400 V6--which is way underpowerreed when compared to the 250hp V6 Vue. GM should have put a better engine in the them.
