The pic we've all been waiting for

I would have loved a side by side by side shot to compare sizes, but at least they got the finishing order correct...Camaro first, Mustang second, and the Challenger third but coming up fast (on the Mustang) Now, bring on the G8 ST and we would have 1970 all over again!

Cool.

awesome, just a little hard to see detail in it though.

Imagine having a garage containing one of each... I do.

I can see that. I'd be happy with that. But I'd need a 10 car garage.

I've already had 9 in the barn with room to spare. :AH-HA_wink:

Sweet.... between the 2 two car garages and the 1859 Amish barn, my family's farm in the wilds of Eastern Ohio has room for 15 cars....have had as many as 12 + a Winnebago and a John Deere there in the past.

When I clicked on the link I was very disappointed not to see the Solara Coupe, Accord Coupe, and Altima coupe. Talk about a letdown.

:retard::duck:

I want a poster of one of those pics.

Car pr0n. I want a poster of the trio and to someday own them.

My only disappointment is the Camaro is the prototype with the homemade headlights. Did you guys hear the acceleration times for the V6 Camaro? They're talking 6.1 0-60 and 14.2 @ 98 mph FOR THE V6!

Very badass. Now bring on the three-way shootouts!

at least they got the color right.....

I disagree. I would have liked to have seen a red Camaro, white Mustang, and blue Challenger I think. Maybe in a real photograph in a car magazine.

I think that Mustang pissed itself! :P

One of each of the '10 Mustang / '10 Challenger / '10 Camaro ?

Ehhh... I think I'd rather have a three car garage containing a

'59 Buick Riviera 225 (Flattop 4dr or bubbletop 4dr Riviera),

'30-'37 Cadillac V16 (452) dual Cowl Phaeton & a '10 Camaro

SS 6-speed, for you know... practicality & winter months.

but if it HAD to be three MODERN cars, from 2009/2010:

Chevrolet Camaro (HAS TO BE A MANUAL TRANS.)

Cadillac CTC (yes, you read it right... think about it!)

Pontiac G8 GT (also manual, leave the automatic for the Cadillac)

aaaaaaand at least two of the three woud be getting

a B-pillar delete conversion & an extra pair of window

regulators & P.W. motors. :)

Cadillac CTC (yes, you read it right... think about it!)

You forgot a hyphen and a letter.

just curious, what is the square footage of your barn?

Maybe a set of Coupe deVille emblems would

be in order, or how about (all joking aside)

having the pillarless hardtop roof conversion

with a stainless steel roof panel:

Eldorado Brougham, script on the trunklid &

small, elegant hand pinstriped "by Fleetwood"

emblems on the doors.

Let's just hope Cadillac does not start buying

up Alitalia 747s to ship bodies over the pond

again, THAT was a great use of $$$

...that's the cool part about having children that are car nuts. Two of my daughters and both of my sons are car nuts. And my non-car nut daughter has decided she wants a two seat ragtop when she starts driving, but doesn't want a Miata like dad's...she wants perhaps a Solstice or a Sky (my 18 y.o.).

My youngest wants a Mustang ragtop, my oldest wants a Challenger at some point, and all of them kinda like the new Camaro. :D

So I'm going to put these in my garage in the best possible way...using their money when they start driving and working!:rolleyes:

I just hope they stay in production that long.

While we are praying to the gods of internal combustion, could we please include a ragtop version for the sun lovers here at C and G?

I have made it a goal to NOT sell any cars outside of my 'daily drivers' or main cars from now on. At the end of this year, I will, or should have the '57 Buick wagon paid off - until something else breaks. My Corvette will stay in the family unless something drastic happens. I am ordering the Camaro this Winter. So my garage will have the Buick, the Corvette and the Camaro all side by side or stacked on a lift.

Unless my wife starts hounding me on a college fund for the kids, the collecting will continue. Working on building a 4 stall garage double deep and two high right now. Plans are being worked on in my spare time. Cars are a sickness and an addiction. There are worse things to be addicted to I guess!

I'm DOWN witht he SICKNESS, baaad. :P

Cars keep me too occupied to get into much

of anything else, including booze & drugs. :P

Now sex, that's another story...

Why do you think cars have back seats? NOW I know why you don't like B-pillars, you don't want to bust your shins while you and Julie are rolling around back there!

...oh and 68, thanks for the pic of that gorgeous Chrysler in your post. That made my week! What a beautiful, wonderful car.

LMAO!!!

Well, that is the future after all.

I'm also digging the BEAUTIFUL ZR1 photos... Wow!

Awesome...

I've already started collecting and informed my GF (A fellow car nut) that our garage might be bigger than our house. I told her if she didn't like it, then she might not want to marry me.

My MINIMUM goal is to maintain at least one car from every american car division that has existed in my lifetime.

I'm seriously at a point where I've decided to just invest in classic iron and leave the new cars for people who want to be "green"

As far as the kanoodeling in the back seat of a car, that gunmetal

gray with burgundy leather '86 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham that

we had for like 6 weeks was used to that end more than once, one

time in particular at a local ultra-snoby country club. (golf course)

No coitus has occured in the B-59 yet, that needs to be remedied

when the car has its 364 nailhead bolted back together.

As far as the B-pillar thing: right you are!

In the front seats of my '87 Mustang GT with the big side bolsters and the parking brake up was sheer pain...argggh... but I did have fun w/ my high school g/f in the back of her father's '86 Caprice Estate wagon.. :)

Did you guys see that cloud that went over this afternoon at approximately 3:17 pm? It started out shaped as a toilet seat, and ended up as Daffy Duck. It was wild.

The square footage of my brain?

It has two levels (both car accessible) and each level is capable of containing 7-10 cars depending on size. I have never measured the square feet.

Right now, there are 5 vehicles downstairs with room for more and 2 upstairs (three if you count my trailer) and quite a few more could fit if some of the other stuff up there were evicted or even re-arranged.

Sounds nice....my family's barn in Ohio is a big, slate roof Amish horse barn...2 stories, built into a hillside so you can drive in the top and bottom. Room for up to 8 Mustang/Camaro sized cars up stairs (or 6 cars w/ a 33 ft Winnebago). Downstairs, there are probably 10 horse stalls on each side w/ room to store parts and stuff and a concrete-floored area down the middle (with sliding doors on each end) with room for 5 Mustang/Camaro sized cars end-to-end, with back-in spots for 2 more cars amongst the stalls. Currently, my Mom has 3 cars in there, I have 2 in there, my brother has 3 plus a John Deere tractor stored in the barn. Wood construction, with sandstone block on the lower part. Was featured in the 1978 TV movie 'Centennial' posing as a Lancaster, PA Amish farm. In addition, there are 2 late 1800's vintage 'carriage houses' on the property, each of which hold two cars parked end-to-end. Plus the house (also 1859), 2 guest houses, and 2 6 acre farm ponds on 150 partially wooded acres.

Here's a pic from about 15 years ago..the barn, the Winnebago in front, my '87 Mustang GT and an '86 Mustang LX I had in college after the Escort. One carriage house garages is in the background (red building).

Yes, it's pretty special....this summer, I've been asking myself why the hell I'm in Arizona. Flying back there for the holiday weekend.

im so jealous Camino! ive hinted at my shop before.... the official move in date is Sept 1st..... but we have been doing alot of work so far... getting ready to paint, build a lounge, etc....

we were looking for a shop around 800sqFt.... well we found a shop, 82x25 ft, with 20 ft ceilings, a 16 ft electric roll up door and in a nice area..... the price was such a steal we had to take it..... its more room then we know what to do with, so i need to find more project cars :P

the camaro def is my pick here... not just as a chevy fan boy, but just based on design

As much as the economy in Ohio has (quite literally) gone south, I can't bring myself to leave.

Although there are some really cool places out west. Were I to be a young man, I've heard Santa FE NM is a really wonderful place.

The bench seat in my 1970 Chevelle and my Cutlass were godsends in this regard...
