I'll have to motivate all my pirate & serial-killer co-workers to chant that as we load packages as if on crack & three gallons of caffeene. (DI-DI-MAO -sp?) means "hurry up!" in vietnamese... The chicken and pig analogy is part of the agile/scrum software development methodology....I've heard it for years...in the scrum daily standup meetings, we have the chickens (project managers, SMEs, domain business/product owners) and the pigs (the developers, architects, testers, etc..those of us in the trenches)...
