September 10, 200817 yr I'd like an interior color choice other than gray. I like the interior design, esp. the asymmetry and the way the center stack and IP are tied together, not unlike past BMWs. It's nice to see a dash done that way when most today go for the symmetrical approach. I like the lines and proportions of the exterior...I esp. like how Audi is moving away from traditional FWD proportions and going for more RWD-like proportioning.
September 10, 200817 yr B-Pllarzzz T3H cork soakers. Very good solid piece of machinery. Did you get the premium package and navigation package? Do you have the BO audio system too?
September 10, 200817 yr Beautiful car, my favorite one in the entire Audi lineup and one of my favorite German cars.
September 10, 200817 yr Gorgeous... very cool. and YES, it would be much cooler and classier with a MB-CLK style pillarless greenhouse.
September 11, 200817 yr Nice man! I thought you were just showing off the car, because those look like very high quality press photos... Then I remembered.
September 11, 200817 yr Author Well since it's a German car I have only one thing to say. Glückwünsche! Danke. ...and Danke to everyone else as well Intense! A real looker. And I love that you got a manual transmission. You know I know how to handle a stick... B-Pllarzzz T3H cork soakers. Very good solid piece of machinery. Did you get the premium package and navigation package? Do you have the BO audio system too? Yep pretty well loaded: -Premium package -Tech package -Nav package -Drive Select -S Line sport package -Bang & Olufsen sound
September 11, 200817 yr Author You just wouldn't believe the grip in the corners. Use whatever line you want... Handles like its on rails....sticks like glue....corners until a few drops of pee come out......
September 12, 200817 yr Well then, I hope it has a Depends dispenser... :AH-HA_wink: Just lend him one of yours!
September 13, 200817 yr Author If you let me drive the Audi, I'll let you drive my LeSabre Estate. Haha...hm....that LeSabre have a sunroof?
September 21, 200817 yr LOVE it. Wheels, color, manual, everything. I'm a coupe fanatic now...and that's one I lust for. Awesome choice;)
February 16, 200917 yr The A5 is easily my favorite of Audi's lineup...I like it even more than the R8.
March 29, 200916 yr Author Chris did you get your bumper fixed? If so, what was done to fix it? Not yet...been too busy to do anything about it. Pretty sure the crease is too sharp to be fixed so I think it'll just be replaced.
March 30, 200916 yr Author "Too sharp to be fixed" What? Pretty sure it's not going to pop out. There is no way in hell I'm going to have body filler on the car.
March 30, 200916 yr Try Silly Putty ... Ya damn Yank with yer fancy solutions and whatnot, a real man uses duct tape.
March 30, 200916 yr Ya damn Yank with yer fancy solutions and whatnot, a real man uses duct tape. Yank? I am a Texan, hardly a Yank ...
March 30, 200916 yr Your insurance company will want the most cost-effective repair, and if it is done at a shop that has a direct repair contract with your insurance company, that's how the shop will write it... to repair that red bumper cover. If you want a new bumper cover, you might be paying the difference yourself. If that's OK with you, then cool. The damage, according to your photos, is miniscule compared to the cost of a brand new (paint to match) bumper cover from Audi.
