trends, slowdowns

it seems that time again, the slowdown on this board has come again. surely we all wait for the next autoshows to bring more press to comment on, cheer, and rip apart.

how long will the word association thread get, will it ever end, will it cause any problems on here, should 1000 pages be a locking action?

what are you looking forward to? just getting past this election? any upswing in the economy? upcoming games to occupy your free time?

Well, the Canadian election came and went. Same government as before minus a few Liberals.

Short and sweet, not a drawn out pagent as in the States.

Gas came down to 99 cents a litre (most recently has hovered in the $1.20ish range), which brought a tear to my eye.

LA autoshow is comming up quick, and the leakage will start soon [edit] One leak already: http://www.autoblog.com/2008/10/18/la-prev...ini-e-revealed/

Then after that the floodgates open up leading to that most joy filled event, NAIAS! Production Camaro's for everyone!!!

Word association will never end! :toiletpaper:

"Drawn out" you say? It's ceaseless. Should Obama prevail the shrieks of indignant Neo-Con Radio/Television hosts will create a din that will make the wailing of the damned in hell sound as lark's song. :CanadaEmoticon: Viva la Canada.

You wax poetic. :AH-HA_wink:

Nicely done.
