October 26, 200817 yr If I could afford a toy to go with my daily driver, I would definitely have that parked next to my Grand Cherokee! Total badassery
October 26, 200817 yr Sure a Hemi is nice, but Jeep would be better served by selling a diesel Wrangler. Not as fast, but far more torque.
October 26, 200817 yr That's cool..I watched a tv show on Discovery or something yesterday were a shop took a salvaged '03 Wrangler and put a Hemi in it, set up the suspension for serious offroading, put 44 inch tires on it, was still street drivable, but made a great rock crawler.

I think that was Extreme 4X4 on Spike TV. If not, they did something just like that on there too. Looked pretty fun! Dual Purpose TJ part VI - Payoff! October 26, 2008 (XT2008-21) The final installment of our junkyard TJ will recap this popular Jeep build up – from when it rolled into our shop as an insurance write off – and began it’s transformation into the ultimate street legal – trail ready off road truck. From the Solid axles to the 5.7 Hemi conversion – we’ll see this machine get emissions tested, hit the highway, then tackle the trails. And while on the trial, smart wheeling will be discussed, since this rig needs to get us home at the end of the day. http://www.powerblocktv.com/sites/xtreme/e...amp;ep_sea=0802
