My absentee ballot was filled put a while ago. Lots of stuff on it, all the normal races (the same two guys run for County Commissioner every 2 years, the County Coroner always run unopposed) plus several amendments and propositions. Standing in line is for suckers.

They don't have early voting in MD. It's on the ballot this year, as a matter of fact.

I guess we could have voted absentee, but then I'd feel dirty for lying.

Don't feel bad about it...think instead of the single mom working 2 jobs who can't afford to wait in line all day long and forgo her day's wage. The more people vote in absentia, the shorter the lines will be for everyone else.

Mailed in my ballot a couple of weeks ago. I've voted by mail for years, don't like standing in line.
