November 23, 200817 yr Linkypoo FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — Here's some food for thought: If you have nude photos of your wife on your cell phone, hang onto it. Phillip Sherman of Arkansas learned that lesson after he left his phone behind at a McDonald's restaurant and the photos ended up online. Now he and his wife, Tina, are suing the McDonald's Corp., the franchise owner and the store manager. The suit was filed Friday and seeks a jury trial and $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home. The suit says that Phillip Sherman left the phone the Fayetteville store in July and that employees promised to secure it until he returned. Manager Aaron Brummley declined to comment, and other company officials didn't return messages. This is why I only keep nude pictures of other people's wives on my cell phone.
November 23, 200817 yr OK, I read it. Their lawsuit has no merits, and the damages they're claiming? Frivolous. No way will any judge or jury award them the cost of moving to a new house. Morons.
November 23, 200817 yr Author I have an old camera phone, maybe I'll take some pictures of my taint with it and leave it someplace.
November 23, 200817 yr Was this Bill Clinton? God help the person that looked at those pics and saw a naked Hillary!
November 23, 200817 yr Actually, there really are nude pics of Hillary floating around somewhere. Back in the good old days, I guess, the directors of one of the private schools she attended supposedly photographed all of the girls "nude" for medical reasons, supposedly as a check on posture. I read this once from a reliable source. ...and no, that 'source" wasn't hustler. But there seems to be no logical common sense on anything regarding sexuality and the law. I agree with the lawyers and school board that there is no legal standing to fire her. Her past is her past, it wasn't illegal, and it's not like she's teaching stripper-aerobics in phys ed.--she's a lunch lady and playground monitor. If the picture in the news article, though, is how she shows up to work (I highly doubt it...FOX likely screencaptured one of her adult videos), the school district should probably look into a revised faculty dress code to prohibit excessive displays of skin and vast quantities of makeup. And you just know it was some father watching a porno who realized it was his kid's cafeteria lady. Its Reno Time! I was wondering how long it would take for someone to post a SNL screencapture. All I was saying is that it is stupid to hold this womans past against her. Also...she's willing to work for 5 grand a year part time. They ought to be glad they get anyone. Chris
November 23, 200817 yr ...and while were at it, let's not pick on Reno. She's a better man than I am. Hell, I bet she can piss farther standing up than any guy who posts here at cheers and gears. Chris
November 23, 200817 yr That reminds me, I need to start a poll to see who squat and surfs. Count me in the 'yes' portion.
November 24, 200817 yr Saw this on Fixed news today they called it the "unhappy meal" I don't think they have a legal leg to stand on either. But, stranger things have happened. By the way, I had to go back up to the top of the forum to figure out what it was all about after getting distracted by the Crystal Guns story. . . lol.
