CHERRY HILL, N.J., Nov. 1, 2005 -- Subaru of America, Inc. today reported October sales totaling 16,774 units, showing an increase of one percent for the month. Total sales are up five percent year-to-date from the previous year.

The all-new Subaru B9 Tribeca recorded 2,093 units for the month of October. The Subaru Legacy model line posted a total 7,082 units, with Legacy sedan sales up twenty-one percent year-to-date from the same period last year. Subaru Outback posted 5,284 units for the month, and the Subaru Impreza line recorded 2,923 unit sales with Impreza wagon sales increasing eleven percent for the month. Subaru Forester posted 4,208 units, while Subaru Baja recorded 468 units for October.
