For a short while, Chevy really nailed the rear cove design. Simple yet so effective- that silver insert in the rear really popped the back of a clean design. The SS concept of a few years ago brought me fresh hope that treatment would return, that car's ass was excellent.... but to no avail.

I absolutely loved the SS Concept when it debuted. Such a low-slug, powerful, organic design. It's a shame it didn't have more influence on the Chevys we have right now.

I keep thinking about having the "cove" on my Cobalt painted, as a further nod to Chevy heritage.
