STS is common in Western PA, I think for a few reasons. It had awd in 2005-2007 when the CTS didn't, and the population is older and the STS was usually discounted a good bit. Used ones are really cheap. Now that the CTS is awd and so many other cars offer it, the STS lost that advantage.
