January 6, 200917 yr What the hell happened to Sonata sales this month? The drop off for the year wasn't so bad but in December it was huge!! Cut back on fleeting maybe?
January 6, 200917 yr Probably a fleet cut back. Of all of the players in the NA market, I want Hyundai gone the most. Chris
January 6, 200917 yr Apparently the current CEO of Hyundai used to be a submarine captain. So he is used to get down into the abyss before resurfacing. Another reason why the brand will not call it quits.
January 6, 200917 yr Probably a fleet cut back. Of all of the players in the NA market, I want Hyundai gone the most. Chris x2. most sonata sales were fleet anyways. so this is reality hitting them in the head, finally.
January 6, 200917 yr Hyundai never should have built that plant in Alabama. why not, that state practically whored themselves out for it.
January 7, 200917 yr It's obvious the Sonata was a fleet queen. And looking at the Entourage's sudden jump yet overall down figures for the year, Budget probably filled an order. What's strange is that I don't think I have ever seen an Entourage on the road...I had to do a Google search because I forgot what it was. Who's buying them??
January 7, 200917 yr Well, one thing is the Sonata is a POS!!! Also, they are NOT "the next Toyota" at all as some no nothings claimed a few years ago. Alabama's auto industry is next for a 'loan'! Edited January 7, 200917 yr by Chicagoland
