January 8, 200917 yr A day late and a dollar short. GM pioneered in vehicle tela-communications nearly 15 years ago. Olds new. OnStar is one very good part about GM and has a good reputation and following. Toyota is really going to have to play catch-up some vehicle buyers insist that there new vehicle has OnStar and don't even know it is only on GM cars...
