January 10, 200917 yr I need to lighten the mood a bit (especially mine), so post your guesses about what my next new vehicle purchase will be. Might be fun to guess when it will happen as well. I have no idea myself at this point, but it should be interesting to look back on this thread when the time comes. New vehicles only and pics welcome!
January 10, 200917 yr Author New vehicles only? Well, that's no fun. Well, the old stuff could be anything. Maybe that could be another thread since it will happen much sooner than the new one. At least I think so.
January 10, 200917 yr Author Due to current economic conditions, a 2015 Ford Falcon UTE Bravo! Bold prediction - but don't think for a minute that the idea hasn't already crossed my mind! :AH-HA_wink:
January 10, 200917 yr but realistically..... or lightly used there cheap, sporty, RWD, V8... I mean i like them
January 11, 200917 yr capriceman, I've always thought the LS cars were really nice. They have like no storage but that just encourages you to keep it clean and clutter free. I thought the interiors were very nice and the exterior has that timeless look to it.
January 11, 200917 yr Camino, if you buy a Challenger you have to let me drive it if I visit PA before owning one myself.
January 11, 200917 yr Bravo! Bold prediction - but don't think for a minute that the idea hasn't already crossed my mind! :AH-HA_wink: Bold Moves.

I thought the interiors were very nice and the exterior has that timeless look to it. The trunk is pretty big for what it is. A guy i worked with had one and after work when we went to the bar i almost always had to drive him home in his car. lets say its fun, fast, and rivaled my Camaros handling. Sorry Camino, There are no cars made that fit what you want.
January 11, 200917 yr Author Capriceman: Yes there are, just not so many as those who like FWD and four doors have to choose from. DF: Your request is premature, but if I do, then you've got it. Satty: You know I have a soft spot for the Mini, but I doubt I could live with such a small car for very long. Some obvious choices have been left out, BTW...
January 11, 200917 yr Chevy Colorado. GMC Canyon. Ford Ranger. Dodge Dakota. All RWD 2drs with big trunks..
January 11, 200917 yr Sorry Camino, There are no cars made that fit what you want. Oh, there are. They're just not new cars. :AH-HA_wink: For example, when I realized that I wanted a two-ton car with at least 300-horsepower, I decided not to buy a F5 Camaro (because the concept of a two-ton Camaro is absolutely illogical, for starters) but instead go with a classic car that was cheaper to buy and restore and maintain. The value also only can appreciate, instead of depreciate, as in if I had bought the new car. Also some food for thought: For the price of a F5, I can actually afford not just one classic, but two and have the second purchase restored as well and still come out a few thousand dollars less in the hole (while I wait for the F6 Alpha Camaro). January 11, 200917 yr Chevy Cruze, Malibu Ls, or a Charger R/T..... A gently used Liberty, Nox, Uplander or Relay for the lady.... Sorry, sombody had to ruin the fun.... But I expect my classic car will have balls....nothing lower than a V8 will do..... Edited January 11, 200917 yr by daves87rs
January 11, 200917 yr Umm, Dave? You may have missed the point of the thread... *looks around* Dammit! I think I need some of this:
January 11, 200917 yr Author How about a Dodge Ram R/T? RWD, V8, 2 doors, open bed. Dodge and Ford do make some good trucks. :AH-HA_wink: Good call,DF.
January 11, 200917 yr I personally prefer the Quad Cab Sport as my Ram of choice. It has my favorite proportions. Although, I love the Ram Box concept, but you have to get the Crew Cab. Proportions are still good, but not as good as the Quad Cab to me. That all being said I know you like 2 doors Camino, and I don't think Ford makes a performance oriented regular cab model. January 11, 200917 yr Author You will be buying the new Camaro. Why wouldn't you?! Ah, so you think I'm going to cave. I was waiting for someone to suggest that.

IMO The essential Ram bodystyle is and always has been the Regular Cab Shortbox...
January 11, 200917 yr I agree with HE on the Camaro or a HEMI powered Challenger... Or a modified G8 GT into a Ute. I know GM has just killed a vehicle they promised you, but you'll come back... Right? Edited January 11, 200917 yr by gm4life
January 11, 200917 yr You will cave. I might cave too. This car will cause a sensation. Many will have neck injuries from snapping to look at it. You will be a sensation. The planets will align. Life is good. Ahhh....
January 11, 200917 yr Thanks for making me laugh, Smallchevy! Come on Camino, I know you want that Yellow thing very passionately. That Tata truck would be the right way to stick it into GM and American Auto Industry.
January 11, 200917 yr Used, new, or otherwise...some of my random spit outs, non-GM of course;) BMW 1-series/3-series coupe Challenger Jeep GC SRT-8 Ram F-150 Mustang Frontier XTerra 350Z RX-8 Maybe one, maybe none, but what I thought of, perhaps.
January 11, 200917 yr Author gm4life: I might be back, but not for the next one. VVS: Agreed on the Ram
January 11, 200917 yr Lust, part III. The last in a three-part series. What can I say?...I'm an ass man.
January 11, 200917 yr As I was posting my 3-part series on Camaro lust, I got thinking that Chevrolet is going to have one of the nicest lineups in a generation. They are where they used to be. At the top of their game. Smart n' sassy, affordable fun and style. I feel happier now.
January 11, 200917 yr Author This: By CaminoLS6 ...would be lust. I wouldn't merely cave... I'd forgive.
