If you keep it, you'll have a large, hauler-type vehicle that will allow you to have something small and fun in the driveway, something that seems MINI in comparison to your wagon.

Seriously, I never follow iron this new, and I would think even in 'normal' times, the pool for an intermediate late '70s wagon is pretty small. What that pool would be willing to pony up, I have no idea. On the up side, the '70s stuff continues to garner more interest as the demo that grew up with them gets disposable. nostolgic income. On the downside, does anyone have any disposable income these days??

I'm in no way sure that I'm going to try to sell it unfinished, but right now I need to evaluate that possibility.

Here are some factoids:

- Wagons seem to be kinda hot as collectibles these days (if anything is)

- I never intended for it to be a "keeper"

- I don't think the documentation of the project so far could be much better.

- It is on the road and legal right now

- At a guess, I'd say that I still have under 5k in the whole project - but I haven't tallied it up so I could be off.

I know that any number would be essentially a guess at this point, but I value everyone's opinion.

I believe it would be worth it to paint it before selling it, if that is what you really want to do. And Satty's right, it would make a versatile, commodious daily driver. Open the rear vent windows, put the pups in, and haul ass.

No vent windows in this one,Ocn.

Only the ones with the third seat option got them after '73 or '74.

But yeah, paint is likely to be a must do.

As for daily driving, that has to be a truck (at least for now).

With paint I'd say you could get 5K maybe more if you found the right buyer. Without paint 3K or so you have done a nice job with it.

I would say for the right buyer.... 5-10k depends what outlet you are going through to get it sold.
