An all new Toyota 4.6L V8 for the Tundra...

The Turds new V8

Scroll to the bottom and it looks like the 5.3 still have more power. Toyota also hopes more people opt for the more efficient V8 versus the hoggish 5.7. Even to a GM fan this is good news Toyota is offering another pussy mid-level motor. Once GM gets the six speed autos in all 5.3's Toyota will really have something to cry about. Interesting news tho. :unitedstates:

That motor is crammed in there. My Silverado has ALOT more room in the engine bay compared to that. I wouldn't want to work on that motor. To bad the smaller motor doesn't help the Tundras fuglyness.

i hope the camshafts don't explode like the gaza strip.

lmao! :deathwatch:

so... is this going to be snuck into Cadillacs? LOL Good competition for that engine segment... now when will GM drop either the 4.9 or the 5.3 and give the other some upgrades?

a lower powered v8 for that tranny... prolly no more strength problems with it, right? ;)

You know, if you're going to post this as news you could at least try to keep post #1 professional.
