So I was browsing eBay and came across these headlights for Intrepids. I've never seen aftermarket headlights besides OEM ones. So what do you think?

Well I am against rice, but these don't look bad. I've seen custom headlights for a lot of cars, but never for Intrepids. I know the early LH cars were called out for having poor headlights (before yours).

Yes they are known for that, and both generations are known for clouding up badly. Mine are still crystal clear, so I have no need to replace them.

With that said, I've always liked angel eye headlights...one of the coolest features of BMWs to me.

I didn't know they even made custom headlights for Intrepids, because I've never seen them either.

I like the chrome better.

Just drive the thing, no need to get cheesy 2Fast2Furious rice boy headlights.

Poor guy; living in Lawrence and seeing those cars day in and day out is really starting to get to you, isn't it? Before you know it you'll have an aircraft aluminum triple wing and TYPE R stickers from the AutoZone bargain bin all over your car and you won't even know why. I thought you were moving to a place where normal members of society drive normal cars.

Time for a C&G intervention, methinks!

I do prefer the chrome ones, which are oddly cheaper, and look closer to stock.

As for played out, I see plenty of Civics with Xenons but not with angel eyes. Very few actually, at least in my area.

It's not like I plan to buy them anyway, I think an engine followed by a 300M's interior and a nice set of 18" Avenger wheels are far higher on the list. And like I said, mine are one of the few that aren't cloudy. However a set of OEM's can run over $300 :o

Think I can cram some angel eyes in the LeSabre?

If you make them yourself. I saw one guy make a set for a Shadow once. :P

Those headlights look like garbage and are most likely of sub-par quality. You'll have mad condensation problems at the least.

I dont think Shadows use sealed beam headlights.

`87 - `88 had them.

I like the empty hole where the turn signal bulb would normally go :P

As far as angel eyes go, I've always wanted these for the Jetta.
