March 16, 200917 yr Not sure, but I suspect it either a cloth strap on the front of the seats at the edge of the cushions near the top that you tug (as Chrysler has been known to do) or a lever on the back of the seat near the top at the edge.

Yeah, I found a manual online..seems very similar to the way the seat works on my Jeep GC (cloth straps at the back edge of the seat base in the corners)..
