Stupid rocks, I keep telling her to drive around flying object, but you know women, they just dont listen. $120, got to check with the insurance company to see if its covered without jacking up our rates.

Was this in the MINI? If so, I feel your pain. It should be taken care of under your comprehensive coverage, which covers acts of nature such as this.

'Twas indeed the Mini. I'm pretty sure insurance will cover it, but we've got State Farm and, to be frank, my agent is dumb.

All State Farm agents are dumb.

Thankfully I have Grange now. Same exact coverage, just cheaper.

My old American Family agent was far worse. She kept insisting that they could tack on charges for 4+ year old speeding tickets. She quoted me $1900/6 months on the Solara while State Farm and a couple other places were giving me quotes in the $550-$600 range for the same coverage.

I dunno. My agent was quoting me rates of $250 plus before I bought the Firebird. I checked around and Grange said that they wouldn't increase the rate at all from the Sonoma.

Go figure.

I went to my agent's office, he brought up my account info then asked what he could do for me. I told him the Mini needs the windshield repair. He typed away for a second, then said, "Is this the Buick?" which happens to be the only car without comprehensive. I said no. So he said, "Ah, must be the Prius." Nope. Man that guy is dumb.

But it should be repaired tomorrow.

Am I the only one who has had good luck with State Farm?

My agents are the best, and the pricing is good.

The pricing and coverage are great, but my agent is a dumbass. I need to switch agents, but mine is very conveniently located.

My State Farm agent is very good.

I wish they'd get off their asses and send somebody to look at my door.
