how do atheists state their unbelief in a god, without mention of god?

just curious...

What?

The question is inane.

It's like asking how could someone not believe in Santa without mentioning the name.

It has no value.

Specific mention of god, or generic mentions of an "all powerful being"? One is far easier than the other.

I agree with Camino LS6. The question doesn't make sense and is pointless; unless it is a sort of riddle, in which case religion may have been chosen as the topic for the riddle because it will get attention.

To provide a solution for the riddle, someone need only state the things they do believe in, and it will be inferred that unstated things are things that the person does not believe in. Or the person can say aloud: "These are the things that I believe in." And then just not list god.

PINGAS!

Do bitches know about it?

Easy--"I don't believe in a higher power." What I find requires far more creativity is someone stating and JUSTIFYING their belief that a higher power exists without any real proof.

Not that there's anything wrong with being religious, or that someone is required to justify any of their beliefs--just that I find it very interesting to hear the logic when someone chooses to justify.

I find the question irrelevant because if you lead a good life here on Earth then you will be remembered for being good. And if there is a god then he will undoubtedly look kindly upon a good life. And if not, at least you made the Earth a little bit better of a place as you rot in the ground.

As to the arguments, it is logically impossible to prove that there is, or is not, a god.

Perhaps i view myself as my own supreme authority, however i can never logically argue this point with sound reasoning.
