Cannot Change Email Address

Hey guys. Long time no see.

I'm trying to change my email address in the control panel, and the system tells me I can't use the one I'm giving it. Can anyone tell me why not?

I'll PM details to one of the admins on request, but other than that, I was wondering if there was a general issue with changing email addresses.
