May 4, 200916 yr Chrysler 1997 And look what has happened since because of Robert Eaton, Schrempp, and others. Sad! They looked to be on top of the world then (at least in Chrysler terms).
May 4, 200916 yr Author I'm quite sure they were. If what happened had not, I'm sure that Chrysler's vehicles would be world class at this point in time, or at least close. They were roaring!
May 4, 200916 yr What could have been, but alas greed once again destroys yet another historic company.
May 4, 200916 yr Chrysler has always had cool, weird, innovative stuff over the years. Lots of extremely weird appearance options such as gator grain and mod top roofs, lots of performance stuff (sometimes at a price- max wedge cars, early Vipers, etc etc etc) Chrysler truly is a unique car company, always has been, always will be. Too much emphasis here in this forum is placed on the transportation type boring daily driver vehicles, Chrysler is at it's best when it's producing the oddities. And this guy sure loves the weird stuff.
