Costco has 10 dollar off coupons for a case of Mobil 1 in their coupon book for the month, limit 3 I think.

Last oil change I used up the last of 4 cases of NAPA Syn. from when it was on sale for $2.88 IIRC in early '07. May have to stock up on some more.

I can't remember off the top of my head but i think it was under 30 for 6 quarts before the coupon. Mobil 1. Sometimes they have Syntec there too.

So, that would give you six quarts for 27 bucks...granted, you can give 5qt jugs every day at walmart for 26 bucks...

Still a good deal though.

For some reason, the Mobil 1 is cheaper here in CA, or maybe it is because there is a Sam's Club right across the street?

From what I know about Costco, every location has a buyer that makes all the purchasing decisions for the store. Also, there is some wiggle in their prices when they have a direct competitor nearby.
