Why do I need to constantly log back in? Most of the time, I open this site, log in, click view new posts, read a couple, then try to reply to one, and when I click submit post, it says I can't because I need to log in. I log in again, and I'm taken back to the front page, with my reply not being posted. It's getting very annoying.

Sounds like it must be something w/ your browser settings.. I can go several days w/o logging in, both in going to the main page from a bookmark or directly or clicking on a update email.

Well my browser settings have never been changed, and it never used to do that to me on any computer I use until a couple weeks ago, and now it does it on any computer I use.

No, but I have logged on from my work and home computers, and also my phone a few times.

Not quite the same, but for me, the site doesn't always automatically log me in like it used to. I'm finding I have to manually log on sometimes upon loading up the forums.

Edit: Actually it looks like your ISP changes your address every 12 hours.... which is retarded, but whatever.

Moral of the story is, if the board sees you trying to log in from an IP it hasn't seen for you before, it will ask for your credentials again.

I can't remember that last time I logged out.

Uggg...the "travel laptop" for some reason has ProxyWay so if I dont disable it, I have to re-log in to everything and it pisses me off.
