Yep thats right you can buy the very camera that snagged those engine compartment photos of the Solstice GXP, Chevy Suburban, Silverado, and over 65 other prototype cars. The camera is the Canon 1D Mark II. I bought this camera just over a year ago and it only has 16k activations on it. Mechanically everything is perfect and cosmetically there are just a few light scratches around the hot shoe. LCD screen is perfect. You'd never know this wasn't a brand new camera. Everything that came with it originally is included. I dont think I have the box anymore, but I'll keep looking for it. Only reason Im selling it is to upgrade. Hah of course I do. My first cameras were the Nikon N90s and then F5's. Canon and Nikon both make good gear. I would not buy Minolta...they havent been a legit camera company for several years now. Even with their merger with Konica, they just dont have the money to keep up with Nikon/Canon.

Thanks thats always good to know! So I might go with Nikon since I have a Scope on one of my rifles that I love. Its crystal clear so I think they would make a good Camera. I was thinking of getting somthing like a D50 i think i saw one for like $600 on sale. Is that A good one?

Not really familiar with that one, but I know several pros who use the D70 as their second camera or as a backup.

The ATV is a 2003 Honda Sportrax 300EX! Yay! Completely stock and actually really reliable!

The (nonexistent) turbocharger might need (to be installed) tuning to your satisfaction, but it's a great unit (given you buy one and rebuild the engine). Last thing.. she doesn't like going to shows (couldn't even make it to the parking lot). Her metallic-carbonic-infrastructure (rusty body panels) are not photogenic, but they are (definitely not) great looking to the eye. :D *Okay. Anyways, on with the camera sales. All joking aside if you get yerself a RWD Nissan of any kind instead of a Honda I'll have tremendous respect for you. I LOVE my Datsun but a 240 notchback is much more handsome!

You might remember hearing about thew guyin Autozone I meantioned who's 200SX got stolen... as it turns out it got stolen about 4 miles away form where he works, across the river in downtown Lowell, and it was foiund by the cops (sound system missing) about 1/8th of a mile from the Autozone he works at, right behind Hannaford's Supermarket. The car was waorhtless for him without the stereo since it's more rotted than a pear that's been in the hot sun for three days. The cops want $220 from him for their recovery/impound fee. He's like yeah, why don't you just keep it.


Well long story short he's buying his uncle's gently used mid-90s 240Z. The only thing is it's an automatic. Lucky for him he's prepared since he was planning on buying that car for a while. The same day I went in for the "$50-all-you-can-carry special he carried a manual trans & hardware out of there. Not bad for $50.

So he's going to leave the slushbox through the winter and then do a manual conversion in the spring.

How about this.... my 95 GA, my 03 300EX, and my old "Piece of crap" 85 Honda TRX200 that has: a broken driveshaft, cracked/broken/mis-shaped/riveted/glued plastic, bent/semi-rusted bars, cracked headlight (still works!), no working brakes, smoking/oil-consuming/sparkplug-using engine, AND a crunched-foam/worn-out seat! Hows that for a deal?!?!? :lol: :D

Did the drive shaft fall out on you? cuz i was riding one a workhorse quad and I busted the Rear shaft. but FWD is pretty fun on a quad. The dirt it flings.

Hell if I know... my dad was using it to haul some stuff while building a tree stand he just said it broke. A clicking sound could be heard. It now sits in the yard.
