You guys remember a couple years ago when everybody was calling the Big 3 the Big 2.5 because of DCX? Now GM and Ford are struggling while DCX seems to be pulling the greatest profit. Just thought I would share the irony..

I think its even more Ironic that Dailmer bought Chrysler so they could raid their financial reserves and use them as a springboard to improve Mercedes. Today Mercedes is still having problems, their quality is down and BMW is eating away their customer base. Meanwhile Dodge and Chrysler are making more money than ever after Daimler tried to take all their money :P

What's even MORE ironic is that *everyone* said that Daimler would teach Chrysler how to build "quality" cars, yet Mercedes continues to score lower than Chrysler in quality surveys.

perhaps one day the Chrysler division will hold true power over the company ^_^
