December 6, 200520 yr i FOUND THIS ON A GERMAN OPEL SITE,CUOLD THIS BE A HARD TOP VERT FOR SATURN? B) Edited December 6, 200520 yr by prototype66
December 6, 200520 yr Sometimes I wonder why GM even bothered with the G6 Convertible... they could have just given this Opel some Solsticey sheetmetal and ended it there. The proportions are a damn sight better than the G6's.
December 6, 200520 yr OK, GM, there's your Buick Velite. Just add Buick badging, including portholes, and you've got a clean-looking car.
December 6, 200520 yr I think that's the Astra Convertible. The current production one is still based off the old one. So no Buick Velite or G6 Convertible.
December 6, 200520 yr OMG, ISNT THAT SATURIN SOMETHING, LOOK AT ALL THE NICE NEW STUFF THEY HAVE COMMING, BOY THEY ARE ALL THAT AND SO MUCH MORE, SATURIN WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE, JUST PLANING AND WAITING FOR THIS YEAR OF GREATNESS I BET, WOW JUST SPECTACULAR, ITS AMAZING WHAT A FEW PICTURES CAN DO FOR THE CRAPPIEST AUTOMOBILE COMPANY EVER CONCIEVED.
December 7, 200520 yr Ow my ears! Those pictures are a bit old. I think we probably will see that in the US under saturn in order to compete with the upcoming Volvo hardtop convertable that's coming to our shores soon. Don't be surprised of it being very different from the Astra since all that will be shared between two compact cars is styling.
December 7, 200520 yr Yeah, I can't wait for the hardtop convertibles to become more mainstream in the US, much like Europe.
December 8, 200520 yr That would make a great Fleet convertible. Just slap a GM badge on it and sell it as GM Classic convertible. That would beat the heck out of Sebring rental cars.
