He's a flippin genious!

GM is looking to make quite the splash in '06. I have a feeling the funding for many vehicles later in the decade will be paid for in '06.
This is good news. Only thing is, I hope things like the 6spd auto and hybrid powertrains get pushed ahead along with it.

Still, why such a large amount of time between the Avalanche and Silverado/Sierras? Seems odd.

The Avalanche is a modified Suburban. Even though it has a bed - it is not directly related to the trucks.
Fvck Yeah, that's what I like to see! Instead of being the company that delays it's products, GM has got to be the company that brings out its stuff ahead of schedule. Good news.
Good. It's also good to see the crew cabs coming out first, as they've been hot sellers for the F-150 and Ram.
This is good to hear. The sooner the better. I hope the Avalance and Silverado have a more agressive front end than the Tahoe. The Tahoe looks fine for the soccer mom demographics, but looks wimpy for a truck and the heavily main demographic there. Mark

Yeah, right....the puffy Buick blob also known as the '07 Yukon....REAL aggressive

If anything, the GMC makes the Chevy look cool and crisp now.

I have already recieved a vin on one of my customers 07 Tahoe, and mine is going to be built this week as well. No prices until the 22nd of Dec according to our chevy rep.

I saw the Tahoe at the Phoenix Auto show. I looks 300 % better in person. Anything but a soccer mom's car. Can't wait for mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Tahoe is indeed in production. You won't hear anything until they are shipped so they can be called "2007" model year vehicles.
