I'm quite completely broke, so there won't be any more purchases for some time. And, I feel compelled to admit, I'm not in love with that car. Sorry 'bout that.
July 31, 200916 yr Author Dangit !! Hope things speed up for you there, C... but as far as the Poncho- it checked all your boxes. Maybe saving it's contact info might be worth it... may not sell and it might be more attractive at a lower price. '61s are pretty bitchin'....

Thanks for the good wishes, I can use them right about now. The car would be a cool project for sure, I remember a wagon version from when I was a little kid. A very different bodystyle without doubt.
July 31, 200916 yr Not to hi-jack, but here's something I'm very interested in: http://charlotte.craigslist.org/cto/1289979369.html Saw a 60 LeSabre convertible at a local show, FEEL IN LOVE with it. Wanted 24,500 for that car... This one is a bit more in my current range.
August 1, 200916 yr Author Only issue I have w/ '59-60 LeSabres is that they have 2bbl 364s- down quite a bit on power vs. the 4bbl 401 Invicta / Electra.
