1996 Dodge Ram Indianapolis 500

Featured Replies

While visiting Stayner, Ontario, I happened on this gem.

It is a really rare, and extremely low milage 1996 Dodge Ram Indianapolis 500. An elderly gentleman owned it since new, then passed away leaving it for his kids, and then it found its way to a dealer in Stayner. It is kept in a climate controled garage! 18,827 Kilometers (11,698 Miles!!!) and perfect condition. Looks like it just came from the factory!!!

They want $17,000 for it.

From info I found on the net, approximately 2802 Indy Rams were built!

Wow! That is really sharp! Thanks for posting! Love the color.

While I am a big fan of the current Ram both in terms of styling and interior improvements over the last gen....that is one sweet looking truck right there. But then again that generation Ram has always been a personal favorite of mine and truly has aged gracefully.

I love single-cab, shortbox trucks like this from the 90's before they all became gargantuan beasts.

There is definitely something cool about shortbox, regular cabs. They can haul, and they can haul.:)

I remember when this thing was new back in '96... it was in all of the truck magazines at the time. I think I may have even saw it at the NYIAS that year.

YouTube user, and Indy Ram owner klasstruckit61 informs me that this truck was owned by a guy named Cliff. He appearantly had a whole collection of Mopars and used to go to shows all the time.
