I just noticed this. that white spot is not a bug....

I'm so pissed I think i would have heard a rock like that or my car got backed into? Gah!!

Whats the best way to fix this or should i get some touch up paint?

I haven't used it, but Adam's Swirl and Haze remover is supposed to be amazing.

the scratch is gray so i can't tell if its clear coat or fiberglass but its deep. does that guy work for them or something? Since that is beyond believable...

Yeah, the guy does a lot of videos with Adam's products. Posts photos too. Quite impressive.

Yeah does, he's got a bunch of how-tos and stuff up on LHF. As for the products, I've heard that some of Adam's products aren't that great, but if you only by one the Swirl and Haze Remover is the one to get. It really is that good.

As for me, We used what my friend had at his house, which was one of the professional Mequiar's scratch removers, a polish, and then some quick detailer.

You can see what it did for that big scratch along the quarter panel and that nasty scratch(es) on the rear bumper cover.

I can call him tomorrow and get the exact names of the products we used if you'd like.

Yes, Please.

The picture is taken from too far away to tell the extent of the damage. All the swirl removers in the world won't put paint back on a urethane bumper if it's gone.
That's impressive.

:omfg: This...

As for your car... If it's through the paint, then I'd recommend a touch up. (No need to spend $500+ on getting the clip repainted and the fenders/hood blended)

If it's not through the paint, then any good polish will work wonders. (The Adams stuff looks very impressive!)

talked to a chop shop down the industrial drive i work off of( im sure they chop cars there) but when i asked about the job the guy said tomorrow the owner wont be there so he will do it for $60 cash. They are a collision shop. They roll out some clean cars so I think I will try that. if anything I'm feeding some guys family. Let you guys know how it turns out.
