September 16, 200916 yr Story is here. I'm guessing that the intruder, with 29 prior convictions, wasn't the meter-reader. Thoughts?
September 16, 200916 yr Why in f@#k would they charge him with anything? The man was an unwanted intruder in his home and the student reacted with self-defense. I would have done the same thing myself, I just wouldn't have used a f@#king samurai sword (Smith & Wesson 500 revolver, that's where its at).

September 16, 200916 yr Good for the student. Obviously if the cops had bothered to catch the guy again it would have been repeating cycle. He would have committed crimes again. The kid defended his property and himself when lunged at, he better not be charged with anything. One less low life in this world.
