Every so often I like to remark that this place, for all its turbulence what with the economy, GM's restructuring, and differences in political opinion, is still an excellent discussion board.

Here's what a good chunk of e-forums can be like. For what it's worth, the article that people are commenting on is about CPU performance.

With all that hatred and backlash, then all the techno-jargon which will be obsolete yesterday, I want to end life.

its beacuse most are one sided either intel or amd, Nivida or ATI, Asus or DFI, Evga or XFX.

I mean right now Intel has the best available cpu and ATI has the best video car out. but that can always change. I am a Intel fan and Nvidia fan but in the past I purchased ATI and AMD products because they either where better or had higher value for that application.

It's because of how socially outcasted many computer nerds are, and their apparent need to demonstrate that they learned some "big boy words."

it's because they can't even get sex from the ugly girls, and the boys or anything close to alpha males won't hang out with them either. it probably would help if computer parts didn't sexually arouse them. too many video games as a child will do that to you.
