December 30, 200520 yr against the 9-3 SS... I guess GM's epsilon platform realy lives up to the 5 star crash test rating!
December 30, 200520 yr What am I supposed ot be looking at in this tiny photo? I don't see the driver's side of the SAAB OR the front at all... who says it came out unscathed? It's looks like it was an offset frontal collision so rotate the perspective 180* and it may look like the Blazer is mostly intact and the driver's side of the SAAB could be crushed like a coke can. This is proof of nothing. Although the Balzer's driver probably did not do very well in that impact.
December 31, 200520 yr The Blazer's passenger compartment shows a lot of deformation, but the Blazer doesn't have the worst crash test ratings. A pic from IIHS:
December 31, 200520 yr The picture is small, but the Saab's roof does appear that it stayed intact. If the view was from behind the Blazer, the deformed roof would still be clearly visable.
December 31, 200520 yr This is no surprise... the Blazer is a shitty BOF death trap. I hope they all rot in junkyards or are crushed. That's all they deserve for what they have put my family through... F**king POS's. Edited December 31, 200520 yr by blackviper8891

Everyone knows the last generation of Blazer was unsafe, both in actual tests in general characteristic.
December 31, 200520 yr Agreed. Roof buckle anywhere near like the Blazer's would be visible even from this angle on the SAAB. That roof buckle can only mean one thing... the space for the driver has been made dangerously small.
