I meant to do that

I don't usually put change in my pocket before I leave the house. This morning, a penny came out in the wash, so I put it in my shorts before going grocery shopping. As I waited in the self-checkout, I counted my money. Exactly $61.01 in my pocket.

Imagine my shock and delight when my bill came to... $61.01!!!!!

How often does this happen? Should I play the lottery? :scratchchin:

My best friend from high school, Andy, and I both married girls born the same day and the same time.

His wife was born in San Fransisco, mine was born in New York.

How cool is that?

My middle daughter was born June 1, two years later on June 2 my younger son was born.

My Wife's uncle Pete and aunt Judy were born same day same time one year apart.

My brother in law was born the day that his maternal "grandmother in law" died. Which isn't so strange...but my other brother in law was born the same day his maternal "grandmother in law" died.

Wierd. True.

Once worked with a guy who had three kids, all born on the same day, same month, different years.

Interesting, eh?

I bought some oil a filter and some bulbs and it came to $50.00. That I thought was really strange.

I didn't think the self-check-outs took coin change- those I've used (supermarket, HD)- don't.

No embellishing there, B !

My dad, mom, paternal grandfather, youngest aunt, and youngest brother all have birthdays on the same day of the week as I do (this year, all Wednesdays).

Moreover, my dad and his youngest son (my baby brother) were born on the same date (April 22), as were my paternal grandfather and his youngest daughter (my aunt) (April 29).

Our self-checkout lanes do accept change, there's a slot for it. No embellishing necessary.

My dad was born March 6, 1947 - my uncle (mom's bro) was born March 6, 1943.

My uncle's son was born December 23, 1973 - I was born December 23, 1974.

My dad is into sports, like my cousin. My uncle was into cars, like me.

Strange, isn't it???
