off the top of my head, I'd say the bare minimum should be 383ft-lbs. Two blind monkeys should be able to accomplish that by randomly bolting pieces onto the bottom end. A fairly good number would probably be north of 450. My father is putting a 383 stroker kit into a mid-90s LT1 for his Bel Air, and between that and the other mods he's doing, he expects around 465hp/480 ft.lbs. out of it.
