For me:

Love vintage Mustangs...but the last Mustangs I would really want to own left Ford in the summer of 1970 when they re-tooled for the '71 models.

Really dislike fix body Mustangs anymore...

Also dislike the Japanese "supercars" of the early 1990's...Supra, FD RX-7, 3000GT Mitsu, 300ZX, et al. But I do like the NSX.

Almost anything Lincoln between thbe 60's suicide door cars and the current models.

Like the Suicide door cars and the latest and greatest...but the Town Cars, 70's Lincolns...ughhh....yuck...

any of the odd-styled Chrysler products (Cordoba) that tried to copy popular GM products (Cutlass Supreme, Regal, GP) but instead featured awkward proportions, chrome in weird places, padded vinyl tops, strange grilles...that includes 80s New Yorkers and stuff like that

Foreign:

some things will never change...Subarus

Right now, if I saw someone I know or work with pull up in a Fusion/Milan/Mustang/MKS, I would think highly of their choice. In the past, this wouldn't have been the case.

Oh yeah, I forgot, probably "couldn't relate" to a P.T.Cruiser buyer.

Right now it would have to be the new body style Corrolla. It is a bigger and less fuel effiecent car than the last model. The new version Corrolla gets 3 mpg less than the older version. This is why Toyota is having problems.

Most foreign makes. I never thought the 1979-93 Mustang was really "all that" while my friends pushed them on me all the time. The 1980's Escort was the same way.

i can see why they would be on their soapboxes. GM guys wouldnt know the worst styling we suffered was the bumpers on the 74-77 camaros the mustang guys had to put up with this

you can see the disappointment on her face

somewhat redeeming although i'd take a worked over vega cosworth

Also the Toyota Camry and Corolla (especially the current generation for both), along with the Honda Accord Cross Tour (never should have seen the light of day). Along with the PRIUS! (The new Insight is WAY better looking!) And I almost forgot forigen fullsize trucks...

Any of the soulless generic foreign crap that people are buying in droves today. Kia, Hyundai, Toyota, Mazda, Nissan - and to an extent Honda. Not a single car any of them make tell me to even consider them for purchase.

And the Donks...don't get them either, and it saddens me to see great cars that should be kept up made into rolling cartoons that you need a ladder to get into and a lifetime membership at the local transmission shop to keep those big meats turning.

I Can dig a well done lowrider though - the work that goes into those cars and they care that they are given really make them rolling sculpture.

Yes on the G8. I quickly grew to really like it. Most G8 drivers seem to appreciate and understand cars. I haven't seen any morons behind the wheel of one, from a quick "ISTJ" point of view...

The Camaro is ok. I'd like it a lot more if:

1) the "roof rail" wasn't so chunky and the greenhouse wasn't so limited (revisit '67,'68,'69...there was more glass)

2) the circular headlamps had a more rectangular shape, to match the rear taillamps

3) the interior panel wasn't so austere...they could have kept the same "retro" theme without being as boring

It looks best in white and silver.

i think it would have been a huge difference cause think about how bad ford fans threw a tantrum when it was announced the ford probe was going to be the new mustang... platform has all to do with it.

After looking a Triumph Stag, I realized how much I hate most British cars. They're junk and are so half-assedly engineered, it's pathetic.

Of course, I do have a few exceptions. But for every one decent British car, there are 50 British shit piles.
