November 6, 200916 yr They put out an ad on Web 2.0 venues inviting people to the Regal premiere party in LA on the 12th.
November 6, 200916 yr no turbo/6M, no care +1 Especially if they had the brains to bring over the coupe, and not that powertrain...
November 7, 200916 yr So much hype for a car I've already seen. Yep. But it will be a nice car, and GM needs to get the word out.
November 7, 200916 yr PONTIAC06, isn't it funny a lot of us want a coupe, but there IS no Insignia coupe, except as a hot concept car. Just like the Coupe60, GM dangles cool stuff and then snatches it away.

Just like the Coupe60, GM dangles cool stuff and then snatches it away. Drives me crazy. I wish they would build something they show even if only to appease us enthusiasts. I know that if they produced that coupe as a Buick I wouldn't even think twice about signing on the dotted line...I wouldn't care if it had a 4 speed auto and seats made out of concrete...

November 11, 200916 yr They tried that once already: -RBB Sure, and I liked it too, but it was an expensive vehicle with a very limited market...A Buick Regal Coupe could be sold in all markets that sell Buick or Opel/Vauxhall. That's a significantly larger market, plus a midsize coupe appeals to WAY more people than say a two seat convertible pickup... Also, I'm sure alot of people wouldn't consider a midsize FWD Buick an enthusiasts car, but it is a compromise I would make where-as the sedan is a much harder sell...
November 12, 200916 yr So much hype for a car I've already seen. Have you seen it in person? 99% of the target market haven't. It's a new model announcement.
