I have a regal and was going to paint the Power 6 logo, and the words Buick on the valve covers. Anyone know where I can get a good sized logo I could use for a stencil? And anyone know what font the "BUCIK" is in?

Im looking at this logo:

Instead of looking for a stencil, you paint the whole thing then sand the paint down on the lettering and the stripes after it dries and you get nice shiny metalic letters and a painted background

I did this on my intercooler pipes when I painted them red. I just used a dremel with a sanding wheel to take the paint off the letters.

Not the greatest picture (from my ebay auction) but you get the idea....

I would still need a logo, I have a FWD Regal with a supercharged l67, I smoothed off the valve covers so they are smooth, and now I want to paint a turbo 6 logo, with Buick on them.

My valve covers looked like this, I sandblasted them and then filled them in with epoxy to smooth them out. I want to paint them like silver, and then in black put the Buick and power 6 logo, like the same logo in the ones in that pic I posted up there

btw dean if you sell your regal...hit me up bro!

Haha I will let you know. I am putting so much money into it right now, if it doesn't pull a 10 sec 1/4 mile, or super close then I'm most likely going to sell it. Or atleast demod.

Oh, I thought you had the actual valve covers in the first post.

Seing how the first valve cover is hidden by the supercharger and the second one is almost not visible due to the spark plug cables and the oil filler cap......

I dont realy see the point in putting the logo on. Unless you rearange the cables and unless you move the harness/pcv (wich ever one it is, can't tell) that is going across the valve cover.

I don't have any help for you, but oh my God! Doesn't that look like the symbol on the 3900 V6 in the G6 GTP and Malibu SS models?

May not be exact, but I thought it was similar.

Bad pic, but the valve covers really stand out and look like crap in person. :(

Cool idea but your Buick is supercharged not turbocharged so the logo does not make sense.

I always thought of the logo as resresentative of the TURBO 3.8, but then again I'm kind of old school.
