January 11, 200620 yr Ok, who here gets annoyed by drama queens? Tonight, I went to check my e-mail and found a message from a girl who I hung out with once in late November. She and a couple of my freinds invited me to hang out with them New Years Eve at Lake Okoboji in Northern IA, but my family had a last minute change of plans and didn't leave Chicago until late, so I didn't get home until 10 PM New Year's Eve. Since I wouldn't have been able to make the 4 hour drive up there, I went and hung out with some friends down in Omaha (hour away). So, tonight I get this hate filled email from her saying how "we're fighting" like we've been in a relationship for years or something. I've hung out with her o-n-c-e, and it wasn't even a date...it was just a group of us going out to the bars. She even goes to a different university on the other side of the state! One of my girlfriends in high school was the same way...she'd blow something completely out of proportion and make this huge deal about it so the whole world would know "we're fighting." This middle school crap in college is lame.
January 11, 200620 yr You got an e-mail like that and she didn't even put out yet? Imagine if you married her and you forgot to take out the trash....
January 11, 200620 yr I'm definitely with you on this one...that $h! is retarded any time...not just in college...and yes...I've had my share of girls that pull that crap.
January 11, 200620 yr Women. You know, it's that second X chromosome that makes them totally irrational. (Sorry, it's a little joke of mine) Wow. Sounds like you and others should stay very far away from her.
January 11, 200620 yr Author Imagine if you married her and you forgot to take out the trash.... It'd probably something along the lines of "WE'RE GETTING A DIVORCE!!" The strange thing is, she was really nice the night I first met her. Now...I'm not so sure.
January 11, 200620 yr Did somebody ask for me? Joshiepoo? Off to Autoweek to post more garbage. Edited January 11, 200620 yr by wpbharry

January 11, 200620 yr Welcome to the adult world. When I was in high school, I thought that, besides differences in the reproductive system and obvious physical differences, the inside wiring, or that of the brain, was the same without regard to gender. Wrong. By the time I got to college, I figured it out. Right at about where you are in your college career. I had this sort of thing happen to me when I was in my mid-20s. I was living in ATL and this girl, who liked me more than I liked her, and I were supposed to do something. I hardly knew her. She managed an Olive Garden near my job...she had a degree in hotel/restaurant management and would always comp my bill....which I was willing to pay for. So, one time, we had plans (her plans) and I had to cancel due to a conflict which took precedence....I forgot exactly what the specifics were....so I left this on her VM a few days earlier OUT OF CONSIDERATION. At any rate, she calls me back later with this "hand the hip" kind of bitchiness saying "WE HAVE TO TALK" blah blah blah...what, after 2 or 3 dates? I wound up telling her to go to hell shortly thereafter. Remember, you retain power by not getting fumed over it and playing cool, indifferent and inaccessible. I LIKE having the upper hand. January 11, 200620 yr aint a gonna say notin except I am so lucky, my girl does not have any of the intence issues mentioned. My daughter on the other hand.......well there is a glimmer of hope because at least she knows its not appropriate behavior. Some of its natural for any of us, some of its highly influenced by acceptance or submission in home environment. NOT IN MY HOUSE ! LOL
