In the last episode they built a car, which they called Geoff (Then Eagle Hammerhead iFap or something). One of the challenges was for it to pass EU crash tests, and they used themselves as dummies (how fitting right? ). Hammond face painted those symbols on May, Clarkson did crummy ones on Hammond, and Hammond drew a penis on Clarkson.

So now you know...the rest of the story.
