The best looking Caprice yet, imo, with the '66 close behind.

A bit cheesy ... and funny.

But ... I don't think they ever said "Caprice" in that spot. If they did not, I'm guessing they didn't because it was more introducing the downsized bodystyle for the Caprice AND Impala. Notice also ... the taillights ... do not have (or, at least I didn't see them) the Caprice emblem in them. Yet, the hood ornament was distinctly the Caprice's. As far as I have found in my research, the '77 Caprice had the emblem in the taillights ... the '78 Caprice had the keyhole emblem, and the '79 Caprice had the emblems back in the taillight lenses.
