I think GM is going to announce that SAAB as a company is gone and Saab will be rolled into GME. It makes no sense to sell SAAB, especially when the only buyer still plans on having GM build the cars for them.

I'm also guessing that the Swedish government has agreed to some terms to keep jobs in Sweden.

Could very well be. I'd imagine Reinfeldt, Maus & Co would be interested in keeping the high added-value jobs there (engineering) at the expense of manufacturing jobs.

I don't think it has anything to do with Saab. From Chevy's Facebook page:

Tomorrow marks a significant milestone for the Chevrolet Volt as we move closer to the start of production later this year. Beginning at 10 a.m. EST right here on Facebook, we'll broadcast this milestone event live from our new Battery Assembly Plant in Brownstown Township, Mich. Immediately following the event broadca...st, be sure to join John McElroy of Autoline Detroit on Chevy Voltage as he puts key GM and Volt experts and other notable attendees on the hot seat to answer some of your questions at the link below. The Autoline Detroit live webcast will likely start around 11 a.m. or so. Enjoy. -Phil[/quote

Is Chevy doing anything w/ Volt at CES? I know Ford has a Sync display. Then again, I have the show print guide right here in front of me, should read through it.
