January 20, 200620 yr I have this adhesive AC foam used to shove in between the glass when you put an AC in the window, So I had an idea since the radio console in my 1998 Saturn SL1 rattles frequently, I took the plastic around the radio off and I stuck the adhesive foam on the inside and reattached the plastic and it doesn't rattle anymore. But, I still hear rattles from other places in the car, does anyone know where i could stick the foam to, to make it stop? I hope I didnt confuse anyone
January 20, 200620 yr hmmm..... You could put some around the suspension parts. Since thats where most rattles come from.
January 21, 200620 yr Im sorry i ment that like a joke, since it would be crazy to wrap your springs and struts in foam. Every car makes rattles there there is no way to stop it. But reading your post i did use some of that foam on my radio plate. thanks.

January 22, 200620 yr Author i was thinking about shoving some under the dash board...cuz the plactic shrinks in the winter so everything isnt so snug...which causes the noises
