August 29, 200520 yr Supposedly the black rubber molding give them a more "Euro" look. At least that's what IGN thought when it came to the new Kia Rio. Volvos have it too. I just think it looks cheap.
August 29, 200520 yr It really depends on the quality of rubber and where it's used. Personally, I prefer rock-solid rubber molding over flexible, molded, painted plastic stuff, because it seems more, well, substantial. It's hard to explain...
